Insane Tuesday debuted in São Paulo in 2001. The project was dedicated to the study of Brazilian comedy, to the transformation of actors into authors of their own characters and texts, and to the promotion of original productions of contemporary adult humor.

Juan is a 35 year old man whose hobby is bodybuilding. He works in a factory, where despite its huge and muscled physique, is mistreated by his bosses and colleagues. His biggest dream is to leave that life gray and a better life, especially owning your own gym, but has yet to collect some money. And that is, when, in the evening of another of his routine days, attends a terrible episode before which makes a decision that suddenly puts a moral crossroads.

Thomasina is the beloved pet cat of 7-year-old Mary, whose strict father is the town's vet. When Thomasina falls ill, her father sees no other option but to put the cat down. Heartbroken by his cruelty, Mary stops speaking to her father and falls dangerously ill herself. Meanwhile, Thomasina is rescued by Lori, a young woman who lives alone in an isolated glen and is rumored to be a witch with healing powers...
